Do I need to switch internet providers?
No. Our router works with your existing internet connection. Your static IP addresses run through our platform, so they stay the same, even if you switch providers later.
What happens if my internet goes down?
With a backup connection, such as 4G/5G, the router switches over automatically and your static IP stays the same. Our monitoring notices straight away when a connection drops.
Can I change settings myself?
Yes. In the customer portal you can change things like wifi settings, port forwards and the order of connections. Every change is checked and logged automatically.
Do you also provide telephony?
Yes. We provide business telephony (VoIP) with your existing numbers, integrated with your managed network so calls get priority.
